Tissue paper is twisted into cones and the cones are inserted into cones alternating colors, to form a large (36" high) half cone that is topped by a 16" diameter disk that can be hung on a wall. Size can be easily changed. Can be made smaller to be decoration on a package. This project is easily put in centers for students to work on during free time.
