DIRECTIONS:
1. Fold 10" x 15" green construction paper in half.
2. Place pattern on the paper with the fold line on the fold.
3. Trace and cut out.
4. Curl 1 1/2" x 4 1/2" colored constructions paper strips with a pencil.
5. Glue to the hat with ends curling up.
6. Staple a 1 1/2" x 11" band to the hat to fit the child.
Could make all curling paper green and use colored punches to glue on the green strips for decoration.
Perfect dress up for programs. Students look very festive.
