From the heavens He sends down rain and rich harvests;
Our spirits He fills with food and delight.
Bless us, O Lord, and these your gifts, which we are about to
receive from your bounty, through Christ, Our Lord.
May the Lord provide for the needs of others and
Always be our heavenly food. Amen.
