MERRY CHRISTMAS ON CHAIN LINK FENCE

I always liked this idea.  So easy.  Add a couple of large red bows and it is striking.   Only problem is you have to remember to take it down after Christmas.

I would always have a stack of 'coloring'choices for the primary grades.  I felt if 'coloring'were TAUGHT, then it would transcend into all the child's other work.  Some of the coloring would be the size of 5 x 5, so it could be traced and used as decoration for a writing piece a student was doing.

I would keep a variety of holiday worksheets in folders.  I would note the concepts   my students needed reinforced at that time and put together a booklet using those skills.
