Thank you! I have been searching for this Christmas tree pattern for months to use with my class and finally happened upon your blog today. You don't happen to know the name of the book it comes from? I would love to get my hands on a copy! Thanks again from a grateful teacher in Australia :)
Woohoo! My daughter came home from school addicted to string art and I have spent way too much time trying to find the book hers came out of. This is it. $65 on Amazon, but at least we now have a Halloween project and Christmas project. Thank you for posting!
Thank you so much for sharing this. I did these when I was in elementary school, and my kids saw the ones I still had in a book I made, and they want to do them too. Do you know where I can find more patterns that are similar to this?
I grew up in Oklahoma City, OK. I attended Rosary Grade School, Bishop McGuinness High School and graduated with a BS Ed from The University of Oklahoma. I married an Air Force Officer and we moved every 3-5 years. I have two grown children. I worked 30 years in the field of Education.
If you are interested in a program that allows you to print basic time tests, email retiredteachersale@gmail.com and ask for a copy. Go to RETIRED TEACHER SALE on Craig's List to see material I am selling.
