PUMPKIN ACTIVITIES

I loved doing movable projects and hanging projects that fluttered when the air stirred.  I also always tried to have an interactive board that the children could leave their desk and move about the room with a purpose.  The Pumpkin Patch Match could be any subject.  Actually you could put up a different subject each week of October.  Ideas: review math skills/concepts recently taught; spelling words and definitions; homonyms, synonyms, antonyms; states and capitals; landform names to definitions.....
