Do you want to get a little poetry into the classroom? Take two half gallon waxy milk cartons, cut the bottom off 3-4 inches from the bottom. Push the two openings together to form a solid cube. Wrap with colorful Valentine Wrapping Paper. Cut out typed poetry. Glue one poem to each side. Decorate with stickers. Cover with clear contact for protection. Set the cubes you made around the room and watch the students stop by to read a poem while they are up out of their seats. OPTIONAL FOR ANY MONTH, SEASON OR SUBJECT. KEEP POEM CUBES OUT ALL YEAR AND LET STUDENTS ENJOY.
